What is the cost?
Fee listed below are per 10’x10’ booth space (100 sq. ft.)
Price before July 1, 2019 $1,600
Price on or after July 1, 2019 $1,850
*Premium Charge: Additional $200 for booths located in premium spaces. Premium spaces are located in the hallway and are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Terms: Payment is due in full within 30 days of booking the space. If payment is not received within 30 days the booth is considered “available” and will be assigned to wait-listed exhibitors. Cancellations are accepted until September 20, 2019. Notification of cancellation must in writing prior to September 20, 2019. Cancellation prior to September 20, 2019 will receive a full refund less a $250 handling fee, cancellations after September 20, 2019 are non-refundable.
What is included?
• A standard booth includes 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape.
• Sign indicating company name and booth number. Carpet is not provided (or necessary).
• Two full ACR Conference registrations per 100 sq. ft. of booth space.
• Pre-registered attendee mailing list before the show (supplied in September 2019).
• Final attendee mailing list after the show.
• Listing on the ACR Conference website after the show.
• Listing in the conference guide.
Premium space exhibitors will also receive:
• Mentions in email to potential attendees prior to the show.
• Limited offers to conference advertising partnerships.
• Mentions through social media during and after the conference.
• Booths in the higher traffic areas.
