When is move in?

Move-in 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

When is move out?

Move out starts at 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 21, 2017. Vendors that need to make accommodation to move out at a different time need to seek approval of the committee by contacting Kate Cheney at info@acrconference.ca.

How big is a booth?

10' x 10' with an 8' back wall and 3' side walls.

How many people can I bring?

Your booth comes with 2 free full conference registrations. This allows you to attend, eat and network to your heart's content. If you want to have more people attend your booth they will need to be registered through our regular attendee registration process. 

How many booths can I register?

There are no limits.

What is this "premium space" I keep hearing so much about?

These booths in a higher traffic area, they are more visible and they are definitely worth considering. 

We also add some great perks to these booths:

  • Your company will be mention to potential attendees prior to the show.
  • Mentions through social media during and after the conference.

How can I acquire one of these "premium space" booths?

Assuming that they aren't already sold out you can select one during sign up. If you want you can also get a premium booth - or a discount on a premium booth - through sponsorship. 

What comes with a booth?

A single skirted 6' table, 2 chairs and 2 full conference passes. These passes cannot be transferred between people. One name per pass. The pass do cover all the meals though. Listing on the ACR Conference website and conference guide as well as pre and post conference delegate mailing lists. 

Where do I eat?

We're providing cocktail fair on Friday night as well as breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday. There is a commissary on the first level of WinSport that is open. There are restaurants located within a few minutes driving as well. 

Any discounts?

There are discounts on booths and booth space available for platinum, gold and silver sponsors. Check here for more details. You can also qualify for the early bird rate as long as you are reading this prior to July 1, 2017.

Can I reserve a booth?

Yes!  You select your booth during the registration process.

What if I need power to my booth?

You will be provided with one outlet for your 10 x 10 booth.  If you need additional power you'll need to supply your own power bar.

What if I need the internet?

Yes, internet will be provided.

Where to I send my stuff in advance of move in?

You can send your additional materials to the WinSport Institute at the address above up to 48 hours in advance of the conference. If you need to ship items prior to the conference and more than 48 hours in advance you can ship them to:

Where do I put my booth stuff?

Please proceed up to the 2nd floor and find the Conference staff (they all have matching shirts)  they will instruct you as to where your items should be placed.

I want more publicity, what can I do?

Great! We want you to have more publicity as well! First option is to purchase premium vendor space. You can see it on the trade show floor map. These spaces are all new for this year. They are located closer to the education and breakout rooms as well as nearer to the stairs and elevator. They provide great visibility and come with some more perks. 

How many people attend the ACR conference?

Last year we had 300. We grow every year.   Last year more than 2/3 of our delegates were condominium managers who represented on average more than 200 units. The rest of our delegates were condominium owners, most of whom reported to be long term board members. These people represent  buying power and are eager to learn how you can help them and their condominium.

Can I talk to registrants before the show?

We'll be distributing the email and mail lists on October 7, 2017. There will be a follow up list after the conference.
